Fully-automated points and rewards programme. Complete digital communications suite, including EDM, on-line statements and redemptions for members, SMS alerts when points are earned and redeemed. Monthly statements of accounts sent to all members. Automatic expiry and notification emails and alerts.
Point of Sale (POS) System Reporting and Database Management
All table management system (TMS) data captured through the POS terminals at each outlet is automatically populated into a CRM system that assigns profiles to each entry.
Additionally, all POS menu items are visible in the CRM system and can be used to customise digital communications on any desired F&B item (e.g, all champagne), to any desired target group (e.g. guests who spent a certain amount on champagne in any given date range).
